There are many cradle Catholics who saw through the Legion and Regnum Christi and tried to get the message through to it’s members. Unfortunately , they were not treated very well back then by the very same people (RC Leaders and members) who had to discover the truth for themselves only later to blow the whistle..
That in and of itself belied the real Christian nature of this cult. Maciel his Legion and the alleged Papal approval of all of it was for them God Himself.
Perhaps the next time, God forbid they join another cult with alleged Papal approvals , they will listen rather then condemn the very Catholics who give them warning that this is not what the Church is about.
