Two Elder Legion of Christ Priests Pass Away: Revs. Javier Orozco and Gregorio Lopez, RIP

The writer found a blog today that may contrast with the usual Legionary panegyrics that accompany the passing of Legionaries, great and small, famous and obscure. Fr. Orozco (75) had been on the Chetumal-Cancun Mission almost since its inception in 1971; Fr. Gregorio (84) had spent all his ministry in Mexico City, being closely associated with the founding of the Instituto Cumbres and the Anahuac University. Both knew Fr. Maciel rather well, albeit in different ways.
