I haven’t had time to announce the videos. I’ve been chasing several
speakers for release forms.
The video is available, though not advertised. People can order a copy for
$15 plus postage and handling ($2 U.S.; $4 Canada/Mexico; $11 Pacific Rim;
$9 other). That’s the special conference price. They can write, fax, or
call (see signature below), but they won’t be able to order online. I hope
to update the online bookstore in the near future, but not that near.
